A significant leak has revealed live images and almost the entire spec sheet for the upcoming Oppo Find X8. While the images confirm the expected design—featuring a circular camera module on the back, ultra-thin bezels on the front, and a sleek flat frame—the spec sheet provides a more detailed look at the phone’s capabilities.
The Oppo Find X8 will sport a 6.5-inch OLED display made by BOE and will be powered by the unannounced Dimensity 9400 chipset. On the back, the phone is equipped with three 50MP cameras: a main shooter, an ultrawide, and a periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The periscope camera will use a Sony LYT-600 sensor, highlighting its imaging capabilities.
A large 5,700mAh battery will power the device, supporting 80W fast charging and 50W magnetic wireless fast charging, ensuring rapid charging speeds.
One of the standout features is an alert slider and a customizable virtual pressure-sensitive button, which could function similarly to Apple’s Action Button, allowing for camera control and other personalized actions.
Additionally, the Oppo Find X8 is expected to have IP68 or IP69 water and dust resistance, making it highly durable. The device measures just 7mm in thickness and weighs around 190 grams, making it both slim and lightweight. The phone will be available in four color options: Black, White, Blue, and Pink.
This latest leak gives a comprehensive look at what to expect from Oppo’s next flagship, setting the stage for its official release.
